A woman in her 40s have been stabbed at a residential address in #Enfield.
The incident happened on Saturday, 28 September at 19: 23 hrs.
The London Police arrived the scene at an address on Tennyson Close in Enfield and found a woman suffering from a stab wound.
She was pronounced dead at the scene shortly after.
The police have informed her next of kin.
A post-mortem examination and formal identification are yet to be conducted.
Meanwhile, the Metropolitan Police says it has arrested a 28-year-old man on suspicion of the murder.
The arrested man is still in custody at the time of filing this report.
The Police also disclosed that the suspect is related to the deceased.
An investigation has been launched.
Two Robbers Attack 81-year-old- Woman In Enfield
Similarly, on Friday, 20 September at about 21: 30hrs, two men barged into the residence of an 81-year-old woman, forcing her to give up her valuables.
The incident happened at Winsford Terrace on Great Cambridge Road, N18.
The armed robbers forced their way to the octogenarian’s bedroom and produced a sharp weapon held to her face.
One of the robbers forcefully pulled off four bangles from each of the woman’s two wrists while the other rifled through her belongings.
Detective Inspector Paul Ridley appeared on Crime watch Crimewatch Roadshow appealing for information.
According to Ridley, the robbers are targetting Asian gold in Enfield.
The London Police disclosed that the two men fled the scene after the woman told them the police were on their way.
The woman’s arms were bruised otherwise not seriously injured.
