The Senator representing Kogi West Senatorial District, Dino Melaye has criticized President Muhammadu Buhari for his total disregard for the rule of law.
Melaye made his first appearance on Tuesday since his episode with the Nigeria Police in January.
The Senator addressed members of his party at the National Executive Council meeting of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
