EDHA swears in Hon. Victor Sabor Edoror as new Deputy Speaker

A great step in the history of Edo State House of Assembly was attained today in a bid geared towards putting an end to the lingering crisis which has rocked the State House of Assembly. This step was made as Hon. Victor Sabor Edoror, representing Esan Central Constituency was sworn in as Deputy Speaker in the Edo State House of Assembly at the Old Chambers of the House of Assembly at the Government House. The swearing in was done at the Government House following the renovation work currently in place at the Chief Anthony Enahoro Complex which is estimated to be completed within the next four weeks.

Hon. Victor Sabor Edoror has served in various committees in the House. His wealth of experience serving as the Chairman House Committee on Culture and Tourism among others, added to his integrity and astute legislative prowess deemed him fit to be the Deputy Speaker.

Meanwhile, Hon. Festus Ebea, representing Esan South-East Constituency has been impeached and ceases to function as the Deputy Speaker Edo State House of Assembly
