The President of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari is set to travel to the United Kingdom today, according to a statement by the Presidency on Thursday.
The Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity Femi Adesina disclosed the development in a statement on Thursday.
The President was in the South West, Lagos State where he commissioned a number of projects executed by the State Government.
“On Thursday (today), Mr Buhari is expected to be in Maiduguri, the Borno State capital where he is expected to commission another set of developmental projects particularly in the sectors of education, healthcare and roads,” Adesina said
Buhari will then, fly from Borno to the United Kingdom “on a private visit”
