Obi gives N36m to hospitals, schools in Anambra
Governor Peter Obi has dispersed cheques totaling over sixteen million naira to fifty-two mission clinics and health foundations over the State and an additional N20 Million to two secondary schools as of late came back to the Church.
Governor Obi who dispersed the cheques at the Governor’s Lodge said the empowerment was to further scale up adequate service delivery in thee health offices.
The Governor noted that the State government had pressed on to be urged to put increasingly in the association with the Church as a result of the remarkable outcomes accomplished thus far, in different mission healing facilities and schools, which others are currently attempting to copy.

The Anglican Bishop on the Niger, Owen Nwokolo, who gained the cheque of 20 Million Naira for the proceeded recovery of Girls’ Secondary School, Oba and Patterson Memorial Grammar School, Onitsha, lauded Obi for being a man of activity and not statements.
Governor Obi urged the beneficiaries to aid government to produce fundamental information for arranging and execution of activities.
Representatives of some of the hospitals, Reverend Canon Samson Ikedimma and Reverend Sister Mary-Chukwuka Okoli while communicating appreciation to the Governor for the motion, noted that his administration has remained individuals turned and has pressed on to advertise the well-being of the individuals.
