Nigerian Army arrest fleeing Boko Haram members with 100 bikes

Troops of 27 Task Force Brigade stationed in Bara in Borno State arrested four suspected feeling members of Boko Haram on Wednesday.

Following the dislodgement and subsequent occupation of Boko Haram stronghold at Camp zairo, Sambisa forest, terrorists have been fleeing the threatre to avoid capture and prosecution.

The troops of Operation LAFIYA DOLE intensified searches, patrols, raids and mop up operations which led to the interception of 100 concealed motorcycles at the outskirt of the town.

According to the information by the Director Army Public Relations, Brigadier General Sani Kukasheka Usman, the arrested suspects are currently undergoing preliminary investigations.

The terrorists were intercepted in Madaki village in Biu Local Government Area, Borno State.
