Crowd disrupts Buhari’s speech in Jos
President Muhammadu Buhari’s speech was on Saturday disrupted by a large crowd in Jos, forcing the President to be whisked away by his security agents.
Buhari was at the Rwang Pam stadium for his election campaign and it took the security about 30mins to push the crowd back in order to him to get through.
The crowd, who are believed to be supporters of the All Progressives Congress pushed towards the podium while some climbed vehicles in the entourage of Mr President.
After minutes of trying to calm the crowd down, Buhari was whisked away without addressing his supporters.
The crowed also disrupt the governor Simon Lalong and the Director General of the Buhari/Osinbajo Campaign Organisation, Rotimi Amaechi and they couldn’t deliver their speeches.
