They talked about the good relationship existing between both countries with premium emphasis on the status of Nigeria and Brazil as the countries with the highest number of Blackmen in the world, the potentials in their vegetation and how best the two countries-Nigeria and Brazil can help each other in the area of Agriculture particularly in the production of rice in Nigeria since Brazil is currently the highest producer of rice in the world.

They talk of crude oil( both being members of OPEC) and they talked about technology. It was a short but productive discussion that clearly set the tone for a more expansive and extensive one in the future. The Honourable member was in his best elements throughout the meeting, having grown up under a father( Late Chief Irikefe Idisi) who was one of the most successful businessmen in Nigeria and the first Nigerian to own an oil rig.

The Brazilian Ambassador admitted he was highly impressed and would want to repeat the visit very soon to further fine-tune the major points of their discussion.
