Biafra Attack: Call your soldiers to order – Fani-kayode tells Buhari

A former Minister of Aviation, Femi Fani-Kayode has described what’s happening at the residence of the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Mr. Nnamdi Kandu as traumatizing.
Fani-Kayode who said soldiers are supposed to protect citizens, called on the President, Muhammadu Buhari to call his soldiers to order.
He said ” I just spoke to Nnamdi Kanu,his lawyer and his sister.What is going on right now is unbelievable and unacceptable.His entire community has been terrorised and traumatised for the 2nd day running by soldiers who are firing shots into the buildings and in the air.
“I call on President Buhari to call his army to order before innocent people are killed. Soldiers are meant to protect our citizens and not attack them!”
Soldiers Invade Nnamdi Kanu’s town, NUJ office
Soldiers from the Nigerian Army reportedly surrounded the Afaraukwu country home of the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra.
The soldiers arrived the community after the IPOB members clashed with Nigerian army which left three people injured.
The soldiers invaded the community with 10 Armoured Carrier Vehicle and seven Hilux vans which has attracted a lot of panic in the community, forcing some shop owners to close and flee.
It was likewise reported that soldiers also invaded the Nigeria Union of Journalists Office in Umuahia community, Aba Road, destroying properties including laptops and other valuables.
